Helping Hands in Haiti

Mike Zorn (left) and fellow project worker JuGrande. 1 width:500px;height:398px Grenfell resident Mike Zorn travelled to Gonaives, Haiti, on Nov. 4, 2011, to help build a school for children of the community. 2 width:500px;height:375px Mike Zorn's 13-day trip was organized by the Free Methodist Church of North America. The work project included 15 Canadians and 18 Haitians. 3 width:500px;height:327px Gonaives, Haiti, was not devestated by the most recent hurricanes in 2010, but is still rebuilding after destruction and loss caused by the hurricanes of 2008. 4 width:500px;height:375px Mike Zorn was a part of the fourth group sent to Haiti to construct the new six-room school in the heart of Gonaives. 5 width:500px;height:350px
Mike Zorn will make a presentation about his travels to Haiti on Jan. 15 at the Apostolic Church, in Grenfell, at 7 p.m. 6 width:500px;height:343px
