Re/Max has been introduced to the town of Grenfell as the residential real estate market remains active and prosperous.

Realtor Mel Cole has brought in the ‘team’ of Re/Max, offering a national platform and branding, professionalism and regional representatives.

As a Re/Max Blue Chip Realty agent, Cole is supported by 41 fellow sales professionals in Yorkton, Buchanan, Kipling, Preeceville, Melville, Esterhazy, Langenburg, Wadena, Moosomin, Watson, Carlyle, Spy Hill, Oxbow and Kelvington areas.

“With Re/Max I believe I am helping expose Grenfell and area to a whole new clientele,” said Cole. “We are sitting on the edge of major growth with the possibility of potash expansion along with an oil industry coming our way. If you are looking for a fairly safe place to invest, real estate is showing remarkable growth in Saskatchewan.”

Cole grew up in Grenfell and after a brief absence, returned in 2009 along with his family. Cole previously worked with Canada Post Corporation for 30 years and spent six years with the Department of Highway and Infrastructure. Cole became a licensed residential realtor in April 2012, and is working toward becoming licensed in agriculture real estate.

“I have bought and sold many homes myself and always enjoyed the experience of using realtors to make buying a home a much safer environment,” he said. “I look forward to my new career, working for and with people and bringing the team behind me to help promote Grenfell and its qualities.”

Re/Max has the ability to sell everything in the real estate spectrum including residential, commercial and agriculture listings. Re/Max belongs to the Multiple Listing System which enables realtors to sell any property presently listed on the real estate market under the MSL system, and secures similar commissions to other real estate brokerages.

“I would appreciate any client in Grenfell or surrounding area giving me their trust to list or sell their home,” said Cole. “Why Re/Max over our competitors? Re/Max realtors are professional and held to a high standard…(Re/Max) is a proven winner and is ranked number one in our industry.”

The Grenfell Re/Max office is located at 716 Desmond St. in Grenfell, alongside Pipestone Accounting.
